Yes. Our engineer installs the machine and gives a detailed demo of how to use it, all its functions and preventive maintenance. The buyer pays the engineer's round-trip ticket, food and accommodation, and arranges electricity wiring, power supply and raw material. One installation visit is included; later visits count as service. Installation of oil expellers and patthar chakkis is not provided by the company.
Most of our machines carry a 1 year warranty, and a few models carry 2 years. On our dehydrators the heating element is covered for 3 years. Warranty claims take 10 to 15 days to process.
